We may not be able to accommodate tardiness of
15 minutes or more.Please do not be late. The tour is scheduled to take 90 minutes per person
from registration to departure. Please allow enough time for your appointment as
it may be delayed depending on the time of year and time of day.
Return time is until 5:00 p.m. reception.
Please come and return by 5:00 p.m.
We expect the last hour to be busy,
so please allow plenty of time for return, especially if you are in a hurry.

There is no meeting space in the restaurant.
Please wait outside the restaurant with your non-rental companion.
In such cases, please be aware of traffic conditions and
do not cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.
For safety reasons, we do not allow small children to enter the store
as there are hot irons in the store.

We do not carry kimono insurance.
Please do not make it dirty.
We will charge for repairs for holes,
scratches, stains that cannot be washed out,
mud stains, burnt holes from cigarettes, etc.

We accept simple baggage within the limits of
the regulation luggage compartment.
However, we cannot accept valuables, brand-name items,
precision electrical equipment, etc.

you leave with us due to the simple storage nature of the items.
