Reception Hours
- Weekdays: 9:30 - 15:00
(in 15-minute increments)
Return time
- Until 5:30 p.m. regardless of appointment time or day of the week.
- 1,100 yen per hour will be added if you are late.
- We recommend early return as the last hour is very busy.
- Closing time will be 6:00 p.m.
Other
- Accessories for yukata and kimono dressing are included in the rental
- The time required is 60 minutes from reception to departure. There may be a slight delay depending on the time of day and the season, and the order of the tours may vary.
Please allow plenty of time in advance for your reservation. - Due to the limited space in the store, there is no room for you to do your own hair and makeup. Please understand that we do not have space for you to do your own hair or makeup.
- You will be sharing the changing area with employees and other customers.
We recommend that you wear an undergarment (camisole, petticoat, etc.) when you come to the store.
